Final Stand
If you have been knocked to 0 hp you can choose to either roll your death saves, OR chose to make your Final Stand. This would let you move up to 1/2 your walking speed and make 1 full action that is not healing yourself, at the cost of 2 Failed Death Saves (these death saves are applied at the end of your turn but before reactions take effect)
hopefully is gives you a bit more choice of what to do to save yourself while also getting the rest of the party to freak the hell out trying to save you
